With a 35³ workspace, our large frame Gasbarre oven is most often used to stress relieve and anneal several of Mountain Machining's
most commonly produced products, although we are fully capable of handling any material or specification that falls inside our
temperature range. We also utilize a secondary compact oven unit capable of reaching up to 2000° for smaller volume parts.

Any good coating needs proper surface preparation. Mountain Machining uses a variety of techniques from tumbling, bead blasting, and ultrasonic
cleaning to prepare surfaces for their final coating requirements. With a fully isolated and independently ventilated booth, as well as a dedicated
baking oven: we offer Cerakote and Teflon coatings in a variety of colors, as well as Manganese Phosphate for steel components.
